That is exactly my point, wiping with toilet paper would not clean you up! Q. We are going to small claims court and we are defending ourselves from the buyers of the home we sold last year. After 1 month they called and told us they found water streaming in their downstairs washroom everytime the upstairs bedet was turned on full force. The bedet was never used by us, however it would be turned on occasionally to rinse dust down the drain as part of the weekly washroom cleaning routine. It appears that when new ceramic flooring was installed the workers didn't hook up the bedet properly, and didn't connect the pipe all the way; hence the leakage. Now they are suing.
