What kind of carpet/pad should I get to soundproof my floor for exercising?
Q. I have hard wood floors and my neighbor complains when I exercise. I don't want to spend too much money unless I get a large rug I can use later on, but what kind of carpet/pad can I get that will significantly lessen the sound traveling downstairs? I need something temporary. It is a rental - I'm not laying their carpet down for them!

A. Just buy an exercise Mat, you can buy them at your Sports Store. You can roll it up after you finish with it.
